Bado began with a simple wish: a small room in Ahmedabad where the day slows down. No rush, no noise — just soft light, a warm counter and food that tastes like someone cared.
We fold our eggs to order, butter our brioche by hand and make our desserts in small batches each morning. Good ingredients, unhurried technique, and a table you are welcome to linger at.

A Korean sandwich is deceptively simple. Eggs are whisked until they are more air than egg, then folded low and slow so they stay custardy rather than firm.
They rest inside brioche that has been buttered and pressed on the griddle until the edges turn gold, finished with a sauce that is warm, gently sweet and never heavy.
In Seoul it is the sandwich people eat on the way to work — food that feels like a small act of care. That is the feeling we wanted to bring to Shela.
